Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Additional Charges Policy
Payments are accepted by PayPal/Credit Card as per your invoice. Payment of your Booking Invoice (50% of the total ceremony fee) must be made to confirm your ceremony date. Dates are not held—if another booking is paid before yours, the ceremony date will be confirmed to the couple who pays first, so prompt payment is recommended.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It may not be transferred to another couple, event, or service.
If you choose to cancel your confirmed booking, the Booking Invoice Fee is retained by Ceremonies by Georgina. If a full cancellation is received less than one month prior to the ceremony date, the full ceremony fee is forfeited, as it is unlikely that Ceremonies by Georgina will be able to book another ceremony at such short notice. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If a client is running more than 60 minutes late, a fee of $100 per hour (charged in one-hour increments) will be payable.
