Marriage Ceremonies

So it’s official? Congratulations!

There are sooo many things to think about – the date, the venue, the flowers, what you are going to wear! 


I get it. 


Finding a celebrant is probably one of the last things on your mind. 


But it is the ONE thing that you DO need to make your marriage legal; otherwise your wedding is just one bloody expensive party!


Celebrants get booked out sometimes 12 months in advance so to make sure that you get the celebrant you want on the date that you want, you need to book ASAP.


At our initial meeting, which is obligation free, we will discuss your ceremony and make sure that we "click".


Once my booking fee has been paid and you have signed my Client Agreement, I’m all yours and your date is secured!   (P.S. I don’t book multiple weddings on the same day to ensure that I give you 100% .)


During the planning process, we will have to complete 2 forms, the:


* Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM)

and the

* Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage


Then on your ceremony date, you will sign another 2 forms; 2 copies of the official marriage certificates and your presentation certificate.


We will chat about all this and more when we meet!

A registry style ceremony with all the legals.


  • My simple but special registry style ceremony delivered at your choice of location within service area. Refer to my Travel Policy for any      additional travel fees.  Rehearsals are available upon request and additional travel fees may apply.
  • Unlimited guests (dependent on venue requirements) but please  advise your guests that this will be a registry style ceremony so they aren’t disappointed when it's short and sweet.
  • A face to face chin wag to sign and lodge the Notice of Intended  Marriage (must be signed a minimum of 1 month prior to your ceremony date). If you are located outside of the Whitsundays area, we can  arrange Zoom Meetings.
  • The option to tap into my battery powered PA System for your ceremony music (you can have a special person Bluetooth to my PA to play DJ for the ceremony).
  • On the day, a check in where one party is getting ready to help steady the nerves.
  • Your ceremony delivered with spunk and a fun loving attitude.
  • Your Presentation Certificate, along with some special goodies just for you.
  • Lodgement of the ceremony with Births Deaths and Marriages.
  • Ordering of your Legal Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths and Marriages (once registered you will receive a link to click and pay for your certificate to be posted directly to you.
  • A 50% off discount code to order a Change of Name Kit from www.afterthewedding.com.au
  • And of course ya get me!  Via phone, email or socials –whatever’s your jam – to ask any questions before and after your ceremony.  In return I ask that you follow me on socials so I  can stalk you and share your journey as a newly married couple.

  • A bespoke written, love story, readings and ritual inclusive ceremony written to your ceremony vibe, delivered at your choice of  location within service area. Refer to my Travel Policy for any additional travel fees.  Rehearsals are available upon request and additional travel fees may apply.
  • Unlimited guests (dependent on venue requirements), but please be mindful of your guests sitting for a longer ceremony.
  • A face to face chin wag to sign and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage (must be signed a minimum of 1 month prior to your ceremony date).  If you are located outside of the Whitsundays area, we can arrange Zoom Meetings.
